Q: How to book?
A: To join one of our tours, simply choose the tour you'd like from the home page, fill out the reservation form and make an on-line payment (by credit card or paypal). We will send you the confirmation e-mail with the details regarding the tour departure time and meeting point.
Q: Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?
A: To insure everyone has a quality experience, ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.
Q: Is it secure to enter my credit card number?
A: Warsaw Tourism Center uses a secure payment system which uses the latest encryption techniques to ensure maximum security when you pay online.
Q: Do you use my personal information?
A: As we highly regard your privacy, the information you give, including your name and email address, will only be used for the process of your reservation and will not be sold or used for any other purpose.
Q: Why should I submit my phone number when making a reservation?
A: This is optional. You will receive your reservation confirmation and a reminder on the day before your tour via email. We do recommend, however, that you list a phone number by which you can be reached on the day of the tour. This way, your tour guide can get in touch with you if there are any short-notice changes.
Q: Do I need to include children/babies in my reservation?
A: Yes. Reservations are required for all persons, regardless of age. All tours have a limit to a number of people, ensuring a quality experience for all.
Q: How do I cancel my booking?
A: We get it, plans change! In most cases, you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 72 hours before your activity. However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your voucher for the detailed cancellation policy for your specific activity.
To cancel your booking simply send us an e-mail which includes your reservation number. You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been completed.
Q: How do I make changes to my booking?
A: Need to add a traveler, change the date, or make another adjustment? No problem!

Q: Do I receive a confirmation?
A. When you book online, you will receive two confirmation emails: the first is from Warsaw Tourism Center that confirms your booking(s) and the details of your tour(s), and the second is from our secure payment provider as proof of your payment. You should receive these emails within a few minutes after your booking.
Q: Are there any discounts for students, senior citizens or those on benefits?
A: Currently we have discounted tickets for Under 18s.
Q: Do you have group concessions?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding this. Depending on demand, it may be possible, but not a guarantee.
Q: I bought tickets on your website. Now I can't go. Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, but you must give us a 72-hour advanced notice from when your tour starts.
Q: What happens if we arrive late to the tour?
A: Please try to be on time. We recommend arriving at the starting location 10 minutes before the tour starts. We also recommend checking with your concierge or online as to how much time you need to travel to the meeting point, and allow for some extra buffer time as a courtesy to all involved so that we can begin as scheduled. If you think you might be late, please call us +48 xxx xxx xxx. We cannot guarantee you can catch up with your tour, but we will help as much as we are able.
Q: Will I get a refund if I fail to turn up?
A: No, we're afraid not. If there are extenuating circumstances why you were unable to come, please drop us a line at email@example.com and we will try to find a space for you at a later date but we cannot guarantee this. You can get a full refund only if you cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your activity.
Q: Will the tour ever be cancelled?
A: It is very unlikely. The main reason for a tour being cancelled would be a major transportation issue, although this is extremely rare. The guides live in Warsaw, so can make use of the tube and bus network and will follow up-to-date transport information to try to prevent any problems.
Even in heavy rain or snow tours generally continue (bring your umbrellas and ponchos if bad weather is predicted!). However, Warsaw Tourism Center may cancel or postpone the tour due to extreme weather. All reserved guests will be contacted via email and text should this happen. Please contact us or check our website for updates.
Q: Where does the tour start and end?
A: The meeting and ending points for the tours are carefully selected for your convenience. Each of the tours we offer has its own designated meeting and ending point that will be displayed on the map when you choose the tour. Most of the points are close to public transport and are very easy to find.
Q: How do I recognize the guide?
A: Our guide will be carrying a Warsaw Tourism Center flag.
Q: Can we bring our dog/cat/horse?
A: We love pets (we have two cats!), but unfortunately not all guests do. We ask guests not to bring pets on the public tours. Registered service animals are allowed.
Q: Are your tours wheelchair/stroller accessible?
A: While we will do all we can to offer accessible tours, not every tour can accommodate wheelchairs or strollers. Please contact us before booking to ensure that we can make the route accessible.
Q: Do you cater for disabilities?
A: At WTC we try to be as inclusive as possible, so if you have any particular disability, please email us beforehand and we will do our best to ensure the tour works for you.
Q: How many people are in a group?
We are keen to ensure that the groups are not too large. As such, we have placed a limit of 15 for each city tour and 25 for museum tours.
Q: Do you offer private tours?
A: Every tour can as also be private! Our minimum is 1 and the maximum depends on the tour but we charge per guide rather than per person. To book a private tour, please contact us directly.
